Every year, for my birthday the past couple of years, my grandfather (and grandmother, may she rest in peace) have just given me money, as we all figured it was simpler once I turned, like, ten, since I’m horrible at thinking of presents I would legitimately want. This year, however, I got a package delivered to the door while I was at the hospital on Monday, which I just picked up from the post office today. It turned out to be from my grandfather. And while he did send money as well (old habits die hard, I guess. Totally not complaining) he also sent this, along with this message: DD: This larger gift may be of interest to you. However, I’m sure Grandma Linda bought it for Sophie & Bean but never sent it. Please share it with them. I’m assuming he meant Ben, not Bean. But yeah, this comes with a skeleton floor puzzles and, while I pretty much already know all of the things that the books says, the kids probably don’t. SO I AM GOING TO TEACH THE KIDS ABOUT SCIENCE. SCIENCE!
